We're currently working with the wonderful Willem Schonenberg on the layout of our meeting room (aka the LABO). Willem previously built the town hall of Bizet Bizar, so Walter's meeting room will be a piece of cake! From 1 September 2026, you'll be able to book our meeting room by the half-day. Yes, we're optimistic. In Cureghem. Someone's got to do it!
We're looking for organisations and creative agencies that add something to Walter - through who they are, what they do, and who they bring along. In return, we offer more than just an office. You work right in the middle of an active studio for music, art and creation. That energy is priceless!

We have four formats. The basis is always a warm personal welcome, fresh and responsible catering and a small team available for you throughout the day. Rock 'n roll, raw and generous. Only in Cureghem!
Our meeting room (the LABO) is blocked for you the entire day. Coffee, tea, water and tasty snacks are available throughout. Fresh lunch provided.
A full day in our concert hall, with the foyer for breaks or small break-outs. You take care of the agenda. We do the rest.
For those who want space for working groups or parallel sessions alongside the main session.
Everything from the jazz jam, but taken further. A day that is not only well organised, but whose content truly touches the heart of Walter. We build a programme together around what your team needs, drawing from a network of extraordinary people and places in and around Walter.
Our partners bring their practice to your team. Think of a Soundpainting session, or how improvisation can work for your group. Choose a storytelling session with materials and textures as the starting point for stories you won't see coming. Or blow together a short trombone concert at the end of the day. Because you only understand what playing together means when you try it yourself. Would you prefer a studio visit with one of our artists, or have them share their creative process with you and your team? That's possible too.
Walter opens its address book and takes you into the neighbourhood. Cureghem has a reputation. But Cureghem is so much more than that reputation.
